Delivery and Returns

If the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they are faulty please advise us within 3 days of receipt so we can assist in returning them to us at the address below left in their original packaging.

If goods are to be returned for any other reason, please email us for a Returns Authorisation Number before you send them back to us to enable us to deal with the matter efficiently. Returned products must be unused in original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. We recommend using a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and the costs of any gift-wrapping if selected. We will refund the cost of the products excluding postage to you within 10 working days. This does not apply to any perishable goods; unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Shipping And Handling

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, are normally despatched the next day

Delivery Schedule

Small orders are sent by Royal Mail or for a small supplement by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery. Larger orders are despatched with Parcelforce.

Back Orders

In the unusual instance of an item being not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

Credit card transactions are processed through Google Checkout, it is a secure, online, real-time payment service provider, supporting all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta and American Express. The transaction will appear on your statement in the name of Big Fish Enterprises Ltd.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
